Windows has just updated to version 1903. Avg icon shows on Taskbar, but when clicked a white area appears on screen. Try to AVG  through Windows menu, will not open. Yet, when viewing Task manager AVG appears in the processes window, fluctuating (only some of the processes listed) between 0% and 0.1. percent. Why is preventing me accessing the program?
