I just purchased another AVG tuneup but i am finding it difficult to update or to reinstall because it does not appear whenever i click on it and i am confused.The instruction says i should,
Open AVG product and go to AVG Dashboard,
Open the connect menu and click on 'Connect",
Log in with my password and email,but i am getting confused because i don't know where to start.
The first time was easy because i used a licence number but not this time
