Could you share the screenshot of message that says "subject is not trusted" to assist further.
You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
I have the purchase Updater program (it expires Dec. 20th, 2018) I tried to run a scan and a window pops up requesting me to download the Updater Setup Wizard–but when I try to do that another window pops up with this message," The subject is not trusted for the the specified action." What is going on and how or what needs to be done in order to get this corrected?
