Hi Torben,
There is a lot of different universal removal tools(just google it).
She can scan her PC using updated AVG Rescue CD.
Thanks
My sisters computer has been infected by what I think is a Trojan.Delf.
When she starts the computer she gets a blue screen with the message that avgntopensslx.dll is not a proper windows image file (Sorry – but message translated from Danish)
When restarting computer in safe mode AVG has disappeared from the Program menu. (It’s a computer running win XP sp3.)
When I find AVG under “My Computer” and try to run it – it stops with a message that avgntopensslx.dll is not working.
I tried to download the free Spystopper scanning tool and it told me that the computer was infected with Trojan.Delf.
I can see that AVG have a Trojan.Delf removal tool (remdelf.exe) but since we can’t run a full AVG scan it doesn’t seem to help.
I just need to tell that I’ve been trying to help her by using Teamviewer since I’m in Denmark and she’s in the UK.
Is there anyone who has any suggestions what to do, to remove the Trojan?
