We will check and help you further. Do you receive any error message while trying to install AVG Tuneup? Have you tried to reset your AVG My Account password?

You have AVG Ultimate which include both Internet Security & PC Tuneup. Do you still wish to have free version of Tuneup?

I can not install AVGToneUp.
I have no acces to MyAccount.
I want to keep only the AVG free.
