Thank you for your kind reply, firstly I would like to explain the contact I have made by e mails and "chat". When I cancel any product you always ask the reason and I always explain. I naturally thought that this would be picked up and read by someone. I also tried "chat" but that never downloaded. Thankfully I finally able to make contact with your office. I was going to renew Password protection but unable to download that, hence why I cancelled. As you allow 28 days for refund I have requested that. The other problem I have had a UK Government web site and one which has caused me embarrassment, was when I went on to the link for my local council web site that was blocked by your protection system. I made contact with friends of mine that also use that link and they all told me there was no problem, it had to be something that happened using AVG product. So hope you appreciate why I have asked you to look at my account and refund me for any unused time left. I have paid upfront for other products ad sorry that I seem to have been let down. I await your reply and that you fully understand the concern this has caused me.
