I can understand how upset you must be. I also confirm that AVG Performance and AVG PC TuneUp are the same products.

Please open AVG PC TuneUp dashboard and at the bottom left corner of it click on "Play" button to enable "Standard Mode".
Check whether it resolves the issue.
I think, "AVG performance" and "AVG Tune Up" are the same product. So, a problem is following: after installing this product i started to suffer from the high ping via Wi-Fi on my laptop (around 140ms-300ms), so, I have deleted program and everything is fine now. But this product is really awesome therefore i want to have it on my systems, so, what i should change in config of AVG TU for the correct operation of the program?
Unfortunately, the problem is still actual. Should I give any additional info?
