I use thunderbird and eM client for my email accounts (1 gmail and 2 hotmail). Both fail to synchronize the accounts if AVG is enabled. When AVG is disabled, synchronization is fine. I checked in the AVG settings, in the redirect settings, and the ports are correct: 465 for SMTP and 993 for IMAP. What can I do?

It is the latest AVG free available from the website (AVG free antivirus: gratuito ed efficiente, download e installazione | HTML.it). I have uninstalled and reinstalled it two times without any change. Windows 10. Also eM client and thunderbird are updated to the latest version.
