We are sorry to know that you are unable to use Directv streaming site when VPN enabled. We'll certainly check and help you out.
It is known that certain streaming websites blocked VPN due to restrictions. Some streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu and Showtime, offer geo-restricted content that makes it unavailable in certain countries. These services also block the content if they detect a VPN, a proxy, or an unblocking service as a method to bypass the geo-restrictions.
In order to overcome this issue, we suggested you to connect with 'Streaming server' like 'Gotham City' or 'Wonderland'. Streaming server is a virtual server that are optimize to provide you access to streaming websites like HBO Max.
For your information, it's something we have very little control of as it's mainly up to the service provider (Eg. Sky, BBC, Netflix) whether they allow VPN connections or not. In some regions, VPN doesn't work due to the restrictions on the concerned website.
If you are still unable to use streaming website using 'Streaming servers', please let us know.

When my VPN is on I can not login to my Directv it gives me an error but if I turn it off I can . What can I do to allow me to login to Directv when VPN is on
