Early November this year I purchased Tuneup and Internet Security packages, that was also the last day I received any mail on my laptop, the account still works if I login via webmail, just not direct to the laptop.

I have looked at a few settings , but nothing seems to solve it.

On the Yahoo account it tells me my settings are out of date and to fix, when I follow the link I just get an error message everytime unable to perform the task.

I have allowed Yahoo mail into the allowed websites, still nothing.

Has anyone else had this, it must just be a simple setting somewhere, it's no coincidence that I bought these packages on Nov 6th and my last email was also Nov 6th.
