I received an email saying:

Your AVG subscription expires on June 28, 2021, but you don't need to do anything.

We will charge you for the next period of your subscription on June 13, 2021…

Subscription expires: June 28, 2021

Renewal date: June 13, 2021
Subscription to be extended until: June 28, 2022

Today I have been charged for:

AVG TuneUp (Multi-Device)

  1. I reviewed my account and AVG Internet Security is not active anymore, when it should be until June 28, 2021. The only active product I have is AVG TuneUp (Multi-Device).
  2. I want to revert this payment because I don't want this product. I'm interested in AVG Internet Security or AVG Ultimate Bundle.
In order to ask for refund I'm asked to call a US phone number, even when I'm not in the US. Why asking for a refund is so complex now? Before it was easier.
