We would like to inform you that renewal date and expiry date both are not same. If the user keeps auto-renewal ON, the subscription will renew 35 days before the expiry date. But the subscription validity will add from the expiry date. The user can use the current subscription until it expires. In your case, you can use the AVG subscription until February 04, 2025.

I renewed my AVG today, 2/1/24. It was good through 2/4/24 however, when I renewed it said my next due date will be 12/31/24. I have lost 35 days. The next due date should be 2/4/25. Can someone explain to me what happened and how I can get my lost days? Thanks.
