Problems with my subscription

I posted on the 5th April that I was getting the message "this feature is locked" when trying to run a fix and clean. I received a response requesting a screen shot. But I then found that the problem was that my subscriptions for both Internet Security and  TuneUp had disappeared so I reloaded using my subscription key on both of my PCs. If I look at my subscription under the menu I see that my subscription ends on 6th May when it should be until 11th August. When I go to my account my Internet Security is valid until 11th August but it shows that it is not used on any device and I get messages that I am on the trial version.  Once again AVG TuneUp is not shown as valid. 
Different pages show different info. I can't go on like this!  When I log into support all I get is "We'll be right back"
