I understand your concern. Please let me know if you have optimized your computer using AVG PC TuneUp. If it is, please open AVG PC TuneUp->Speed Up->Startup programs. Check if this applications are up to sleep, it it is, please remove the MS office from sleep mode and check if that fix the issue.

If you have not optimized your computer yet, then please disable AVG protection temporarily and check.

To disable AVG temporarily, please right click on the AVG icon present at the bottom right corner of your desktop(System Tray) and you can see a scroll bar to "Disable Protection". Please click on the same to disable AVG Protection and after which check if you are able to access this applications.

Hello, installing your software can not open Word, Excell, and PowerPoint, and the Windows message suggests a software rebuild or uninstallation and a new Office installation. In addition, internet access is significantly slower. Hi, Boris
