Problems. With Outlook 365

I understand the experience you are facing with Outlook unable to send/receive emails. I would suggest you disable AVG (Open AVG Internet Security > menu > settings > Troubleshooting > Passive Mode > Turn off the AVG Passive mode) and check if you are able to send the email.

Since installing Outlook 365 my laptop has been a nightmare.  It seems AVG is blocking outlook and I am unable to send or receive any emails.  Is there a way to make Outlook 365 a trusted entity?

Has anyone else had this problem and if so how did you correct t?
