This isn't the usual behavior of AVG program. Let us work towards fixing the issue.
Check if there is already a corrupt application has been installed.

I recently paid my subscription for Password Protection. I click on install. It seems to go through the process but then I'm told in BIG red letters that "Your subscription has been cancelled". What's going on? I've not experienced this issue before. Is there a simple fix? Note my emphasis on simple as I'm not very computer savvy. Cheers
