The first time that I used the renewed PC Tune-Up I ran into problems with the portion that cleans up the browsers. I left the computer on for 4 hours and the browesers were not cleaned up. I contacted support and they re-installed my AVG 2015 again and it seemed to work fine until the following week.
Back to my original problem. Tune-up takes forever to clear out my browsers and the start up screen says that I have not used this function for 14 days. The message is always identical.
I decided to uninstall the p[rogramme but, the uninstall function did not work and left me suspended for an hour. I had no choice but to use the "remover". Finally removed pc tune-up but ran into problems with AVG 2015. When the system was rebooted I had no protection in the firewall area and identity.
Should I remove all of my AVG products and reinstall? How can I be certain that it won't happen again?
