Are you referring to the authentication password for the AVG program?
If so, we would like you to uninstall the AVG program using our Clear tool and reinstall it.
For AVG Clear tool, use this link https://share.avg.com/steam/PSP/AVG2017/AVG_Clear.exe
Run the file and when you get AVG clear window loading, you will get a prompt with Yes and No option. Click on "No" and then select "Uninstall" to proceed with the removal.
Restart the PC when the prompt appears and then install AVG Internet Security again as mentioned in this article https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Install-AVG-Internet-Security
