My ID # is 865 668 92.
1) I just recently had problems my 2 laptops. The original problem occurred when I tried to run the AVG tune-up program. What happened was the tune-up program would get stuck when it came time to clear the browser. I would get the message that said "try again". I would click on the try again button and it would come back on. The tune up program would not go any further than that until I clicked on "skip cleaning". Then I would get the message of "browser skipped". The results would show all green for the tune-up.
2) Since having the work done on my the MSI laptop, I sometimes get a message stating basically that my computer might not be protected. The ESET antivirus program was taken off. I was told that the ESET anti-virus program that I had was in conflict with the tune-up program.
3) The original problem of the tune-up program is still not working properly. Even though my laptops were worked on by your people. Even though it seemed as though they had fixed the problem. I have been really satisfied with your tune-up service up to now but the problems don't seem to be completely fixed. I am still having problems. If it turns out that my computers are so old that I need to have new computers, then I need to have my "driver update subscription" cancelled and my subscription money returned to my account.
4) My 2 "fix it" sessions numbers are 071 381 37 and 106 971 411.
