Message 1 - already undertaken these actions did not make any difference.
Message 2 - site advises downloads not to be used for AVG Free.

Unable to update anti virus error message received: avg_free_stb_all_5961p1_177[1].exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.

Tried to reinstall from main site but unable to reinstall - same message.

Can you help?
