Problems with VPN and most of AVG Services

Hi,
Once again having problems with AVG. VPN message says service not working and wont connect, my AVG Driver updater has expired and I cannot access AVG when asked to renew the subscription and also Tune Up has now decided not to work.
This is not the first time this has happened and I am a little tired of messing about now and am seriously considering changing my security provider.
Any suggestions anyone?
