I regret for the inconvenience. Order has been placed and has been submitted to the fulfiller. This status should not appear very long on digital orders as they are sent to the fulfiller almost immediately. This status remains until we have confirmation that the order was received by the fulfiller.

I am sorry to hear that. On checking your account, I see that you have bought AVG Internet Security - Unlimited (1 month subscription) and it got expired on 7/15/2017. If you have purchased AVG recently, please attach the proof of purchase through email which I have sent you just now.
