I purchased Internet Security and I am unable to activate it. Followed instructions in email exactly, however, drop down menu description in email does not match drop down menu on website. Started chatting yesterday and got disconnected. My computer is showing that I have the free trial instead of the product I purchased. Also, sometimes my computer shows protected, other times not protected. I am so frustrated. Can anyone please help me? I don't have time for this nonsense.

We appreciate your efforts. Make sure that you have latest version of AVG 2017 and its version is 17.9.3040. To find out your version, open AVG Internet Security -> Menu at the top right -> About.
To activate it, open AVG Internet Security -> My AVG -> Subscription -> enter your license number. If you have your email address in subscription tab, please choose log out. Then you will have the option to enter license number. Hope, it helps.
