Thank you for contacting us. You seem to have installed a AVG free multidevice program which have AVG Zen app. Please note that AVG Internet Security is not compatible with AVG Zen and you need to uninstall it to install AVG Internet Security.

Hi I am trying to install AVG Internet security on a clients pc i have downloaded the free version online and i have a product key to activate it how ever the manual given to me is out of date and i can seem to find an option to enter the product key
