Upon checking the account using the email address that you used for posting on AVG community we could not see any subscriptions purchased under this account.
Did you use a different email address for purchasing the AVG product?

I purchased avg internet security yesterday and activated it without problem on my desktop, however, when I attempted to activate the product on my laptop, it asked for an "invitation code" or to log into an account. I could not locate the 9-digit invitation code in my invoice/order confirmation email, so I attempted to log in. When my password did not work I attempted to reset the password, but I was told there was no AVG account associated with my email, which had received the invoice/order confirmation. I made a new account(this one) and was told that I had no active subscriptions on this account. I cannot find anyway to sync my purchase and this account, and my laptop remains without protection. Thank you for any help.
