Product Code - AVG Ultimate

I upgraded to Ultimate (12/14) just prior to my old version autorenewing (2/15) which caused some confusion in billing. I called and the tech removed the older version from my billing cycle leaving Ultimate. Happy.

I had a problem with Start Up on PC TuneUp that I couldn't reconcile and decided to reinstall it which went smoothly. Then I ran into a problem. When I call for my product code to activate, in the email, I am getting the old version's product code (not recognized as it's not the correct product) and no code at all for Ultimate. When I check my product list in My Account, the Ultimate invoice is there.

Can someone please direct me toward a resolution?

Thanks, Alan. I have Ultimate activated. My problem was with Tune-Up. Is it possible it's not included in the bundle? I have uninstalled AVG PC Tune-UP at the recommendation of the reinstall process which I ran to try to reconcile my 'problems with Start Up' issue..

When I try to reinstall, it requires the product code to complete installation. I call for the code to be emailed but the most current code is not what I'm being sent. I have my laptop using ZEN and there's no issue with the program. Is my product code somehow embedded somewhere I can access it? It isn't on the invoice. Thanks for your speedy reply!

Chris, To activate AVG Ultimate doesn't require a product code. Have a look @ this article (http://avgclick.me/ActivateZen).
