I don't know what I'm buying - the product descriptions seem to overlap - I think I have SECURE VPN but what the difference between that and Internet security Then don't know if its downloaded. I had tune up but think I cancelled - didn't know I had VPN for two years just renewed. What a mess. The help directions don't lead to a tatlking person.
