Product doesnt work

This anti-virus is supposed to detect spyware. My subscription ends in June and I have download free trials of Malwarebytes and spy hunter which both detected a vast amount of spyware. The so called customer service department refused to refund which consumer law entitles me to. They want me to discuss the issue with technical.
I emailed the CEO Vince Steckler who called spyware a 'scam' and Malwarebytes a 'good product' but the pubs discovered in my Mozilla files was'imaginary and not what they looked like', I emailed him numerous detections and he then ignored me
He was more concerned about good press than this product failing to work

I only started using other products for detecting spyware when I had spent months trying to find out why your product didn't detect spyware. If you read my message,  downloading free trials of spyware discovered I had a trojan in my Mozilla files and numerous other issues. your CEO Vince said Malwarebytes was a good product but the trojan was imaginary even though it was sent to him in notepad  An Avg scan following the discovery of A trojan revealed nothing
