The product is   AVG Driver Updater
After processing my payment I received the following License #  
c81a1f47-8479-40f5-b402-b2905058d928
The product failed to download; but instructed me to "click" the CONTINUE button and then asked for another payment of $33.99
Since the product does not function properly I expect a Full Refund

I entered my KEY # and the product fails to install .  There is a CONTINUE butto9n; but it goes back to asking me to pay $33.99 again.   I  WANT A REFUND NOW.
