Product Key expired

I'm sorry to hear about this, please share a screenshot of the AVG subscription page (open AVG Internet Security expires/AVG Free antivirus > menu > about > subscription) and also share a screenshot of the error message you received while activating license to assist you further. You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

I'm on auto renewal but was away from base over the 'grace' period.  When I tried to renew got the message 'Product Key expired'.  I  followed the  instructions on the help site but have ended up with a trail version installed. Having paid for Tune up I'd like to get it back up.  Anyone help me?

I see that you have installed the AVG TuneUp Unlimited on your computer.
Please uninstall it and install the AVG PC TuneUp from http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-download-and-install-AVG-PC-TuneUp

shows no option to 'Activate product'

Thank you for providing screenshot, I see that you're trying to activate AVG PC TuneUp. Please open AVG PC TuneUp (as in the screenshot) > help > activate product, enter your license number and click activate.
