Hello Greg,
We would like to inform you that, In an effort to focus resources on developing the successor AVG TuneUp, AVG has decided & ended the support for older TuneUp Utilities® product on December 31st 2016, which means there will be no more feature upgrades, no compatibility updates to support newer operating systems such as upcoming Windows 10 releases, no critical security updates and no customer support.
We encourage all our users to update to AVG TuneUp, which can be found at http://www.avg.com/avg-pctuneup .

I have a registered copy of TuneUp Utilities but it does not appear in my account. I would like to transfer the product to a new computer.
