Product not showing up under My Subscriptions

Hello,
Now that AVG TuneUp Free and AVG TuneUp - Unlimited don't show up anylonger under Subscriptions, but AVG TuneUp ULTIMATE still does not show up.

I have a problem with the AVG TuneUp ULTIMATE, it seems.
I did buy a 2 Years Licence from Naga Technologies and registered the activation code on the web site, it showed that it was a 2 Year licence.
This was in MARCH 2017 but it still does not showup till TODAY under my Products in AVG My Account, it still shows only AVG TuneUp Unlimited and AVG TuneUp Free under my Abonoments .
