I purchased AVG Ultimate from a re-seller and loaded it. a couple of weeks ago. However, it is still showing a trial subscription only.
3 (very long) conversations to date with Sales support and Tech support…
It is showing as a valid subscription at your end but still showing as a trial at my end and counting down the days until the trial expires. 
The conversation with sales support said a system upgrade at your end and "give it a couple of days". Any ideas please?

Please accept my apologies in regards to the inconvenience this may have caused. The remote assistance offered to you was a free of cost help to configure AVG Ultimate on your device. If you are not comfortable with it, please make sure that you have activated AVG as per the instructions in this article http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Activate-AVG-Zen-Protection-Performance-or-Ultimate .

If you had already activated, please logout and log back into AVG Zen app with your AVG MyAccount email address and password to activate the paid subscription of AVG Ultimate.

1. Please open AVG dashboard and click on your email address at top right corner.
2. Then select Leave this network option and confirm it by clicking on Leave button.
3. Click Connect at the top-right of the screen, then click Log into an existing account.
4. Type your email address and the password you created for your AVG My Account during the purchase, then click Log In.

No - it is still showing as a trial on both my computers.
AVG wants remote access but clearly it’s an issue at their end.
