Program 0915tbUpdateInfo slowing down PC

AVG PC Tune up is not able to put 0915tbUpdateInfo to sleep.
I have been unable to find this program when I searched my PC for it, I have also not been able to find any information about it on Google.
 In Tune up\Optimisation it is showing as a program that is running. While it is not having a big impact on PC performance I would like to know what it is doing.
If anyone knows what the 0915tbUpdateInfo program is can you please enlighten me?

This seems to be an incorrect detection.

Please run AVG repair avgclick.me/RepairAVG and check if that fix the issue.

I really appreciate your effort in trying resolving this issue.
It seems the file 0915tbUpdateInfo is from Glary Utilities application. It doesn't look like a properly installed application so you try to click on ignore button for this application.

Hello Karthikeyan,

I have run AVG Repair and restarted my PC as instructed, opened the AVG Tune Up\Optimisation, it showed three programs as running; Microsoft Office Professional, Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and 0915tbUpdateInfo.
It put the Microsoft Office and SQL programs to sleep but will not put 0915tbUpdateInfo to sleep.

Do you know what this program is, where it came from, is it malicious?

I have used Paint to create the JPEG file of the screenshot. They open from their icons on my desktop and are JPEG files in the properties however opening here just gives "page cant be found"?
