Open AVG PC Tuneup.
Click Rescue center on the main dashboard.
Then select program deactivator changes or all of them and click on Restore.

I installed AVG free yesterday. (I've had AVG CloudCare until recently but when the licence expired I couldn't renew so I thought I'd go for the free AVG for now until I decide what I need) I had a look at the PC Tuneup that came with it and used the program deactivator to disable some programs that were showing as enabled at startup to see if that helped to speed up my W7 laptop. One program that I disabled was MS Office 2013. Today I started up my computer and now can't get any Office programs started. I went in to the program deactivator, re-enabled the Office program & then restarted the computer but still no Office programs will start and when I tried to run the repair as advised by MS it said it couldn't do it and asked if it was disabled by the system. The only option seems to be for me to uninstall and reinstall Office. Does anyone have any ideas or a solution please?

Thanks Alan. I got the avg cloudcare through a local IT service but I'm not sure whether to stick with them.
