Don't you see the solidfiles link?
This doesn't occur always, but it's fairly frequent: The PC TuneUP UI reports that 1 program can be disabled but when the Program Deactivator is actually opened, there is nothing that can be disabled. It seems like a false report from the UI. Check video below:

Alex,
I can see the link you provided but we can not access it due to security settings. Please upload a screenshot as per the instructions in my previous message to assist you further.

I only have one security program (not AVG's) and obviously I cannot disable it. As a test though, I did disable it and also disabled everything else that could be disabled in Task Manager's Startup section, then closed and reopened PC TuneUp. Nothing changed though.
Thank you for the screenshot. This might be a false detection from AVG, please run AVG PC TuneUp repair avgclick.me/RepairAVG from your computer control panel and check if that fix the issue.
Hello Alex,
Thank you for your review in this regards. In this case, I request you to open task manager (right click on the system tray and select task manager) > startup > look for the system startup programs. If there is any third party security program, then you can disable that.
Best regards,
Alok.
