it says that my antivirus not installet and the same with my firewall. have put a picture in this note.
tryet to do an opdate but it says there is a problem it saya "general fail" and now i don't know what to do.
tryet to get the opdate direakt from your side, but didnt work, try to get the install file again, and again it says, "Can not install the problem therer is a problem, try to opdate you avg, and try again"
