Program not responding when creating exeption

I have repaired the installation and the program still freezes when I click on "Browse".

When I click "browse" while creating an exeption, the program freezes. Opening task manager and ending the user interface does not work. I have to restart my PC to get rid if the windows. How do I fix this?

Please be informed that it is advised not to add your browser in exception list. Also let us know the name of the AVG product you have installed in your pc? so that we are happy to assist you better.

I have the free version of the AVG antivirus installed.

Sorry to know that the program still freezes.
We request you to completely reinstall AVG free antivirus using the AVG remover tool.
1) To download AVG remover tool, please click on this link: http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
2) Run the downloaded file and follow the onscreen instructions.
3) Restart your PC when the restart option is displayed on the remover tool screen.
NOTE: Once you have logged into your PC after the restart, please go to C:\ drive and delete the "AVG REMOVER" folder manually.
