Please let us know the reason that made you think that AVG is causing the issue. Did you receive any message from AVG, while attempting to access those apps?
Also, clarify the last action that you've performed using AVG, before the issue occurred.
having trouble with AVG turning off programs/files that I need to run, one of them is Bonjour which I need for ITunes for sharing, the next is a program called Dell Dock. that's an old one, but I still use it. Might be others, haven't see it yet
