Programs refuse to uninstall.Both oursurfing and ninja loader stall and pretend to be uninstalling

Hi Peter. I'm sorry about the inconvenience caused to you. Oursurfing.com is a browser hijacker. It will get installed without your knowledge along with a third party application. Since the installation of the application will be after your approval, the AVG Internet Security will not be able to block the program. However, if the program tends to be malicious, the AVG Internet Security will quarantine it and let you know. In most cases, such addons and toolbars are not dangerous but definitely annoying.

I have removed Ninja Loader but oursurfing keeps saying to wait while it is deleted. Any ideas

Ninja loader and oursurfing refuse to uninstall.Oursurfing showsthat it has been uninstalled but still hijacks any page when opened.Ninja loader prentends to be uninstalling but never finishes. Neither is showing as a problem on my security.What now ???
