Progress bar stops during scan

If it doesn't help provide us with diagnostic output using this tool (http://www.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_SysInfo.exe) and please add detailed description of issue.

Using AVG 2013, during the last few Full Computer Scans, I noticed that the progress bar reaches to 65% and then stops.    The count of objects scanned continues to grow, however.   I approximate at 2500000 to 3000000 as the count of scanned objects at/about the time the progress bar reaches 65% and stops.

This behavior caught my attention the first time when I noticed that what appeared to be a scan 2/3 of the way to completion was suddenly done.   I assumed, at first, that the final 1/3 of the scan was skipped.   I redid the entire scan, and that is when I noticed that the object count continues to climb, even thought the progress bar is stuck.

Ideas for cause ?
