Prolonged AVG internet security

Upon checking your account, we see that you've purchased a new subscription instead of renewing the existing subscription.
As a result, you've 2 subscriptions : AVG Internet Security (valid till Nov 26, 2019) & AVG Internet Security MultiDevice (till Oct 19, 2021).
In this regard, what can be done is, we can cancel the previous subscription & transfer the remaining days (38) to your new subscription.
After that, you can re-activate the program on your computer to ensure that this has reflected on your end. Please let us know if you'd like to proceed with that.

Thanks for the fast reaction to my question. I don't know what happened, because I used the "Renew now" button for my AVG Internet Security. Owning only 1 laptop it was not the intention to purchase a MultiDevice version. Can this be changed again? If not I agree with your proposal in your mail of November 9.

Received an e-mail 28/9 with the request to renew for 2 years. I did this on 19/10. Although the expiry date for the old contract is 27 November, the information about my new contract tells me that it expires on 19 October 2021. This is not what your e-mail said: "the new protection starts if the olf one finishes".
Now there is  a difference of 6 weeks.
