Two days ago my AVG which was working perfectly since December. Started stating my protection is disabled. AVG tech help to reinstate it. However it went down a few hours later. The web & email are showing as not protected. The fix button has not worked in correcting the problem. I have on two occasions through the online support option placed a call. However, when I make the call it's constantly engaged.
