And now the Protection button has gone orange telling me i'm not protected and have a message that the link scanner isn't installed.
Press the Fix button to install the link scanner but nothing happens there as well. Firefox 40.0.3
Not feeling confident that AVG is working,
Once again, thanks for the response…
No… their are no messages of that type… although once again the protection button has gone orange and again there's the "link scanner isn't installed" message. Clicked on the "Fix" button and its busy for a few seconds but the message stays the same and the issue still persists.
My Zen account tells me I still have 27 days on the Trial "Pro" version.
Hi Guys… have just installed Zen and used the trial upgrade to Pro.
In Freeware or Pro mode clicking on the Protextion button doesn't do anything… a brief flash of the curson toan hourglass but no new menu.
The Zen main window says that the system is protected ( full green circle ) on the Protection button but…
No messages or errors showing up. Win XP
Any ideas ?
