When I start up the laptop I also get a message stating to update virus protection. But when I click on this message and it attempts to update I get the message "windows cannot access the specified device, path file. When I go to the dashboard in AVG all the individual elements of the protection are green there is a main heading stating that protection is disabled.
I do have screen shots of these messages which I can send for clarificationPlease briefly describe your issue.
