Turned on my PC this morning and noticed an orange circle with a red exclamation point over the AVG icon. Opened the AVG user interface and saw in bright red letters "Protection is Disabled". This happened with the latest AVG version 19…1.3075. I clicked the Fix Now button and the error message went away,
Tried to paste a JPEG of the user interface with error  messages BUT only URL based JPEGs can be  inserted into this text box!

Thank you for providing the screenshot. It could be possible that a recent update have installed incompletely. Please reboot your PC once. If the error message persists, please uninstall AVG free and re install it to resolve it.
