Hi Anthony,

I see that you have contacted our remote technician and they have escalated it to our higher level team.

However, this is an issue with the AVG interface. Your PC is protected with AVG with all the components active.

I have just had a session with AVG support as could not get anti - spam to work.

I am now left with a system that is saying Protection is Disabled.

What is the point of AVG if it is not working. I have AVG Ultimate!!!
