I'm sorry to hear about this. Please open AVG Internet Security > menu > about > subscription and look for the expiry date and also share a screenshot of the AVG User Interface to assist you further. AVG screen tells me that Protection is disabled, restart to fix. When I restart nothing change. How do I fix this?
