Protection is disabled, I have to re-start my PC every time I use it, any one tell me whats going on

What you are telling my to do, has been done more than once, your people have even reloaded my AVG twice, and it is still not working properly, I submitted feedback, and nothing has been done about it, not even a reply, I have to keep checking my AVG a lot more than I use my computer for my own use, in all the years I have been with AVG, this year I have nothing but trouble with it.

Click on "Menu–>About" from AVG Internet Security program interface and take a screenshot of it.
