It seems that few services are unable to intiate after the system hibernates.
In this regard, we'd suggest you to perform a clean installation by following the steps in below links:
Uninstall AVG using AVG Clear
Install/Activate AVG Internet Security

After a few ways and especially after awakening from Hibernate Status on my Windows 7 system I get an alert message in my AVG Internet Security Suite:
"Protection is disabled
Protection will be automatically enabled after PC restart"
Then there is a "FIX NOW" button which does not do anything.
This is the second time I have had the message this week.
The first time I just restarted thinking there had been an upgrade to the program.
This time I checked updates to find that Virus definitions were updated on September 29, 2019 at 11:56 am. Version 190929-4. So not problem there.
Also the application shows up to date with last release of September 19, 2019 at 4:58 am. So no problem there either.
So what is going on?
It seems AVG Internet Security Suite is not working after a "Hibernate" period of time. I didn't clock the first Hibernate period but the second was only for three hours while I was out of office.
Any and all help would be appreciated.
